I'm trying to restore my Windows XP system with Dell PC Restore but I just cant get the process to start.
This is what Dell say on their homepage:
1. Power the computer on.
2. When the Dell screen appears press and hold the <Ctrl> key on the keyboard, press the <F11> key, then release them both at the same time.
The Dell PC Restore by Symantec window appears.
I'm pretty sure that what I'm doing wrong is not pressing Crtl+F11 correctly or not pressing them at the right time.
Can anyone give me a more detailed description?
I would really appriciate it.

You might not be hitting the keys fast enough or the partition that holds the recover tools is missing or corrupt .
