I liked this movie. I thought it was much better than most movies that have came out lately. By the way why would you spend like $13 on a movie thats crazy.

hmm...I heard rumors that foxx wasn't "cooperative" and would not do things like get on a boat (because of a shooting that occured near the set)...and thus they had to change the end (which was slightly worse)

This movie was made by director to be as real as it gets, they hired real agents to tell em how criminals and other things work in real life. Some actors spend time before movie with real undercover agents to learn how it goes. Some british agent teached em how to work with weapons also. Basicly they can now go and deal with drugs in real life. ;P

My house mate asked me to DL the movie, but i smilingly rejected his request - i honestly didnt think it would be worth the bits or time. Mind you i have "only" 60GB/month.

My other house mate DL it and in a procrastinating moment i watched it, and it really wasnt tha bad - nice work michael mann!

This film could have been called anything else, it simply piggyback rides on the titles fame. As for its reference to the latter it fails miserably. As an action movie it does what all cop movies do, nothing new.
