Just a little update. I ran a scan in both spybot and giant.
Spybot first:
Giant Second:
It would seem that Giant is SHIT compared to spybot.
Might I add that Giant has picked up that same peice of spyware 3 times in a row..so it would also seem that Giant is shit at not only detecting spyware, but removing it too.

Sometimes its how you setup a program to protect you , example Real time protection and Advanced tools . I'm not going to start a pissing contest you've tried it and that's you opinion I respect that , but I won't be reinstalling Spybot anytime soon .

Talk to the hand ! Just kidding , it seems like you don't have the program set up right tho? If it flags a spyware file then you should be able to delete it .
I don't have the answer but just a program I thought was tried and true , I never recommend a program unless I at least try it first then I can comment on it .
There is a tut here to help and could be used for Counter Spy , Giant , or the Microsoft flavour one .
