i know that theyre calling it "longhorn" as its codename thus far. you can find screen shots and other info if you do a search on the web for "microsoft longhorn". hope this is helpful.

Yea i know, alpha and beta versions sucks, but i gonna test it on a unused PC.
Just to have an idea and know how the crack works, and some other info.
And a little debugging in C++.
So when it comes out i know enough about the new OS

good idea......this could be one of the biggest exploits used by people who are out to do malicious harm to others computers. what better way to ruin someones day than to have them download the new microsoft operating system long before you can buy it, only to find out its missing files needed for the os to run properly. and as far as crap, from what i hear thats all its gonna be. like windows xp was software specific (most software used on xp had to pass "windows xp logo testing") the new os is supposedly hardware specific as well. so now bill gates can tell you what software and what hardware you can use with his operating system. anyways.....back to the point, its a good idea to wait until it comes out and hope by then youre still convinced its worth using.
