i signed up the last time they had open signup and never had my account disabled...i wound up trading it because it really had nothing for me.

Yup same here... after just 5 hrs it got disable...

NB has these policies too and everyone say it is good.
i think SCT open signups and do the same RP did all of us say it is crap site.
I think Rp is good tracker and they has anything other sites have and good speeds also.
