Alright Harman, yeah it seems to be down, everything, tracker included. Server side issue as far as i know.
Even if you use the IP, you'd get redirected to the 1-2-3-Reg domain registration website.
EDIT: IRC is available, though.

It works for me now...at first I tried to access it trough my bookmark but got redirected to that 1-2-3-Reg shit. Then I went to google where i searched for "u********", clicked on the first link, and voila...However, in my inbox I have the messags from the black-jack game, and when i want to follow the link where it says "play again" i get redirected to 1-2-3...

I'm sure u can get to the site trough bookmarks in a few hours...problably som dns-stuffyeah its working for me too
