I agree with other members,
just a thing, ethor is the best i've seen for DVD content, in french (but i don't know snowtiger)

You can also find interesting torrents, in few trackers wich are not, maybe, as good as the other quoted :

quebectorrent : less dead torrents than a lot of trackers (not all)
itoma : sometimes very recent movies, sometimes released before other trackers
mamietracker: very rare horror movies that you couldn't find anywhere else

I also forgot demonoid, wich is international with a lot of french content,
sometime you can find very rare files, and more classic movies than others quoted trackers
