If you live in US here are your instructions.
1)go to fry's electronics. If one isn't near you then petition somebody.
2)go to the section where they have the graphics cards/motherboards
3)I don't know the specific brand but the one I saw was about $70.00. Quality? I bought an io brand mp3player for like$65 that has 64MB built in with a slot for 128MB expansion card. It is small and reliable. Also I got a standalone mp3player for like $60.00 and it has dual lasers(plays dvds,cd-r,cd-rw,music,ect...).
I hate it when people don't put at least their country in their profile.![]()

Cheap Haupagge winTV cards are being cleared at $25 to $50 but the TV isn't stereo, only the FM is. They work great though. Just ignore the help pages and encoding advice.
Any problems will come from the software but there's a lot of workarounds.
If you really have to have stereo, look to spend $50 to $100 bucks.
I think shn understood it.what does this have to do with tv tuners?

quality is generally ok, its not quite as good as a normal tv i think because the signal boosters aren't as good (I'm talking about a Hauppauge card here, its the only one i've used), but u could always buy a booster as well for an additional $15. PLus with a tv card u can record stuff if u really want.
Get an HDTV Card its only $200 but you need a prety good graphics card.
Check this out.
