EDIT: The funny thing is when I was in my teens my IQ was about 135.

If I concentrated a bit more I'm sure I could get back up to those levels, with a bit of mind-training, like.

General knowledge is culturally specific and measures little. The most accurate tests (for what that is worth) are culturally neutral.

I did one of these tests a while back and was gnawing my own leg off with boredom by the end. I was rewarded by a gratifyingly high mark but it was scarcely enough to compensate for the tedium it put me through (it went through interminable stages and types of questions)

EDit: got 127 on a culturally neutral one on the internets, once. It was partly dependent on colours and nuances though, fuck knows how I'd done if my colour-perception was good
