if you are having ratio problem at ScT then the best seemingly choice is to leech torrent without pretime (they are freeleech) and seed 'em crazyIf you can't do that, then donation is another choice.
btw, a 0-day tracker with seedbonus is less likely to be seen. So maybe u should consider alternatives. TL and RevTT are relatively quite easy to seed, try them.
Other than that, try getting into FTN, they don't have ratio system at all. Also, FSC might be a good choice, they have system based on # of seed hrs.
If you can't do that, then donation is another choice.
