well i get around 9 to 10mbs down reguarly and 3mbs up
but ive topped out at 15 or 16mbps down and 8mbs up

you have to order from there old site since there remodling there new one
and there customer support is super fast and you get ur box setup within 24hours they got mine set up in 4hours
