Again this is down to the respective rules of each tracker. However it would be very unreasonable to penalise their members for a genuine change in email. Unless of course its based on a trade. In that case all a tracker has to do is check your IP address after an email has changed. If u were based in UK and then suddenly 1hrs later in Austrlia...your asking for trouble

I believe IP changing means disable .
I'd say that if you give a heads up to a site weeks before an IP change (moving, changing isp etc), or if you change an email without IP changing or password changing, you'll be fine. However, if you change email, passwords, and IP in a short amount of time, it's going to look like a trade.
