Oh yeah you do. Bottle necking= The older CPU will actually slow down the vid card so you will not have a noticeable difference in performance man.

Save up get a new rig. CPU, Mobo, Vid card and PSU Around $400 reasonably I would think. Maybe less.

LOL yeah about $400 if the budget is real tight he could get a BB kit from tiger ( I know you dislike them but in a pinch they're cheap. Now these arent really good parts at all but it'll get the job done for now and upgrade as the money becomes available

I don't want to buy a new system either though. I have enough RAM on this one for pretty much any game.. All I need is a new video card and the necessary upgrades for it to run smoothly...
