I currently have this service this is my second month with it. It works well with me usually i am hitting the full speed of the 100mbit link and don't notice the other person is on the box. As far as i can tell i can't make another ftp user you just get the default one for you home folder. its a good service and i recommend it

what are the speeds your getting on this plan? im thinking of maybe purchasing it. also, what ui are you using? and what ftp client? im on mac...so would filezilla work?
