i would at least wait till the game comes out before u play online. microsoft, if they r monitoring the servers, will no the ips of the people who dled their game. that's not good at all.

if they had one seeder (or even leech) on the torrent, they've got everyone's ip's anyway...

ok so i do everything and then i try to join a game. And in the game it says connecting then it says invalid cd key.... wats wrong?

create and bring you this patch. Have fun with it!

Instructions
~~~~~~~~~~~~

Replace your exe with the included \'halo.exe\', do this for both the server
and the clients. Clients can only login to a cracked server obviously.
The crack is needed for BOTH the client and the server.

For your convenience we also included a .ppf patch to patch the Halo.exe
on the cd image.

Apply the ppf as follows using the included applyppf.exe:

Well I think I might play this on the cracked servers once the game's actually realeased!
Its a big enough risk getting it off BT without the added factor of playing an online game before the realease date. Till then I'll stick to private servers that I know and trust
