I guess it depends on how far Sharman decide to take it. I'm sure with enough resources they could find a way to moderate the FT network but it'd probably cause more trouble than it would be worth. Relax anyway. There are all kinds of filesharing networks out there for people to use and I'm if Sharman and Kazaa started charging for everything you downloaded of their network most of the 4 million users will migrate to one of the others
