Being realistic, I think I would again go to Morocco and spend some days at the Sahara desert, and then some time at their beautiful remote beaches, where the sand is so hot you can fry the fish on it.
It's great to clear your minds, living in such basic conditions and listening to the sound of the desert. It's hard to describe, sitting on a dune and starring at nowhere, with nothing else nearby than your jeep.

Have been there once when I was 19, and now my girl is eager to go too. If only I could leave those tasks behind for a couple of weeks and nothing bad would happen...

That's a beautiful place, Cabalo. I grew up in a very wooded, out-of-the way place so I know what it is like to be off the beaten path. I was a bit of a "trees = beauty" snob for quite a while, but have opened up to seeing beauty in dry areas, too.
