yes i have bin robbed of E-Bay twice... both users had a rating of under 6 - so i tend to avoid any 1 with a low rating IE 1 - 10...
but apart from that ebay is top -- u find guds on ebay that u thought never Existed...
my best buy of Ebay wos a Bootleg Spider-Man figure that u cud only buy from Singapore - and the guy only excepted Cash , so i sent it of 2 Singapore thinking iam going 2 get robbed, but 3 weeks later i got my spidey figure:
