The question is of debatable worth.
If JBR were to come back in 6 years and the whole feel and look of the board were entirely different. All the people were different and what was allowed was different. Would it actually be the same board.
Nothing lasts forever, everything is transient and evolving. It's really just a matter of enjoying things while they are available.

In all honesty I only use k++ occasionally. Have done for some time.
I prefer Soulseek for Music and BT for movies. I only use K++ for software now (it is still the best for that).
However I keep coming here (the only forum I use), cos' I like the mix. It is the best administered and moderated forum I have found. Indeed it is the only one I really like.

Balamm does make a valid point.
IMO the board will be around for a long time.Darker and 7th seem to be doing a good job.
