Sharing Files Don't Match-up?

I tried this but it still didn't work  Perhaps I'm not doing it correctly.  I opened up my shared folder, clicked on tools, then folder options, then the view tab.  I clicked on the bubble next to "show hidden files and folders" as well as the box next to "display the contents of system folders."  Nothing seemed to happen.

Is this what you meant to do or did I do something wrong?

Tools > Folder options > View

tick - 'Show hidden files and folders'

untick - 'Hide protected operating system files'

then you can view the extra files in 'my shared folder'

Thank you! I appreciate the help! So, can I delete all the files that say "album art?" How the hell did they get there in the first place?
