the prob you had...
my first advice would be to get another isp...
second would be to communicate with them and ask them why they are blcoking your sites....

I think this will be far more effective than programs since they will just find a way to block it again

see. the thing is these people jump to conclusions...they block any site with a keyword like sexy , bar etc..now if sites like eminem and suprnova have a wrd like this buried in their database its blcked ..so now if i ask them why like i did wen i called them to ask why blck suprnova!! they replied it was illegal filesharing they threatened to take my connection away cuz i was was before downloading tis stuff..they banned me for 2 months for this..and now i dont fell like calling those bastards again..
so i need help to hide my ip/.....

Do some research. I think You'll find that (Or its atleast possible in your country that this is the case) That filesharers arent illegal. but certain things you can do with them are.

That makes sense because it applies to alot of other things. Guns are the most prominent instance. Basically they are only good for killing people. But they also have legitimate uses.

Throw that at em. But dont be too condecending or Tehy ill BAN THEEE!!!!

saying and i quote "emirates internet denies access to this site". What do
you know, your banned from a whole country. Thought that you would find that
interesting.

Hey Maddox it's your abu-dhabi fan again.
Your site has literally been banned from the united arab emirates. The one
monoply phone company here called Etisalat is the only phone company , it
controls the internet, cell phones, basicly all communcations. This company
restricts certain sites that it finds offending or just unapropriate and i
was checking your site because it's the coolest sight in the universe this
page came up saying it was a blocked site. haha, they block sites for no
reasons, its pathetic, and then all these arab nations bitch about the US
being biased and controlling the american people making them think that all
arabs are terrorist are bad, well here nothign bad ever happens, in the
papers you arent supposed to report accidents, murders, or several rapes
that occur almost everyday, they want the people to think this country is
perfect when it isnt, you can be put in jail just for bad talking the
goverment, or have your phone calls inturrupted when you talking about
certian politcal issues. It sucks here, just be glad your living in america.
Keep going ur site kicks ass, it just sucks now that i cant view it

On an interesting side note, some firewall programs are coming pre-packaged with my site blocked because it's listed as being "militant / extremist." Ironically, none of these packages block the US Air Force (af.mil), US Army (army.mil), or any other "military" web site. You can't get any more militant than the military. The thing that really bugs me is that I know these fascist PETA assholes probably don't have their site banned. It seems like network administrators are partial to hippies. The reason that some people don't have access to your website is because
we have a pool of proxies governing our internet connection. Dial-Up
users might be on a different proxy than people running DSL connections.
In addition, we have a free zone called Dubai Internet City which has its
own Backbone internet. I actually tried accessing you site this morning
and they have you blocked on that network as well under the military
excuse. The software is called SurfContol as far as I remember. People
with leased-lines (Static Company T-1 IP addresses) can access your
website without any problems. I think a way to rectify this problem is to
run a copy of your site with SSL. Basically https:// instead of http://;
just a suggestions anyway. I was quite shocked to see your site blocked.
I think it's quite ridiculous actually haha. Have a nice day and keep the
good true laughs coming.

The proxies ips do not have a url or wepages associated with them. If some ISP is blocking them, they are doing so for the soul purpose of not allowing a proxy service on there network.

Can you ping 38.112.161.132-140. If you can they are probably just blocking GRE protocal.

Fatality if you happen to come back this way I've heard tell of an internet program called "Peekabooty" which is specifically designed to circumvent the censorship measures you describe. Its put out by the Cult of the Dead Cow who are right into this sorta stuff. I know they put it out, but im not 100% sure its called peekabooty.

But thats really messed up if they block sites. I mean, your paying for your internet access ya? So then, they rip u off by letting u only browse like 25% of the net. Come on! And im suprized u could get into this site. I mean, the url is filesharingtalk.com you would expect them to block this site too since filesharing is "illegal"
