i am wanting to create a batch file which is executed evrytime a user logs on a pc.
the batch file needs to contain permissions like no access to my computer, no changing of background etc.
the pc which i want to experiment on is a windows xp professional sp2 machine.
this machine is not connected to my server and i just want to experminet with the batch file.
some links would be helpful as well.

i have tried using group policy editor but it applies restrictions to all users including Administrator.
some one in this board told me i need an ative directory on a server to implement policies for individual users.
