Everything is fine excepte picture is up-side-down. What codec fix that?

Use Videolan or BS Player - their codecs are up to date (you're probably using WMP now).

I'm using divx player and it's codecs and I have xvid codec too, I got it all like 4 days ago.

Between Videolan and BS Player you should be able to play any movie.

If you use DirectVobSub to display subtitles, then right-click on its tray-icon for an option to flip the picture.
If you use XviD 1.0 Beta then go to the codec properties screen and you'll find on option to flip the picture.
There is another topic about this same problem on this forum. Search for it for more info.
