No.. theres a DL link on the site, you just need to dig for it.

Go to the Mandrake site. Click on the link that says "Download" at the top of the page in red.
Next page - Click on the lowest green button at the bottom of the page.
Click the link in red at the top of the page that says"MandrakeMove/i586 ISO Image" and you'll be looking at a huge list of ftp mirrors.
The only one I could get to work requires a password

I just tried the New Zealand mirror and it started straight away without any mention of passwords.
    I'm using Flashget, btw.

    Heres the URL
    ftp://mirror.inspire.net.nz/mandrake/iso/

Edit: Yeah, I said to click the bottom green button.

If you use that NZ link, the one you want is MandrakeMove-i586.iso 631348 KB

    Great.... was downloading from

    ftp://ftp.rutgers.edu/pub/mandrake/Mandra...keMove-i586.iso

I got to 91% and I paused it because I needed to do something else. And when I try to resume.... it asks for a password

edit - started again.....i gotta reboot so I hope it starts again

Use wget for windows next time.

Btw, its a command line proggie. Supports resume and ssl and works just as great in windows as it does in linux.

Finally got Mandrake lol.... it got cut over night, but I finished.

Just wondering.... I should just burn with Nero, right?

'Cause I can mount it but Windows doesn't read it, and UltraISO can't open it.
