the only thing I have to add is once the porn crackdown starts in P2P it will begin with CP but not end there...The US supreme court is already talking about making animae that depicts anything that might resemble a young adult nude as CP...

Then will come into play community standards and what is obscene and what is not...its a slippery slope and once you give a governing body power all it will take is for one holier-than-thou person to get in charge of it..and then...it will be like here topless ok in lounge..then not...then?...women showing more than an ankle to some people is obscene...

Porn has exsisted for along time...and it will continue to do so...as far as what role Kazaa has in CP...?statistically speaking I would say the actual users of CP are small comppared to other porn and files swapped...so therefore the impact would not be that large..I am waiting for John Ashcroft and the patriot act to kick in and they claim that terroist are using P2P to send hacked files/blueprints/credit card numbers..whatever..insert excuse here so that the justice dept can get involved...only a matter of time...

of course they would start with a really despicable reason like CP to get their foot in the door....then...
