    After what i got out of this thread so far is that,

    you keep getting "Error: Failed to Load Resource DLL" after you boot

    ok i retored to 11:00 pm last night jan 23
    my computer seems to be workign properly again. im goign to try uninstallign FLStudio again and seeing if that causes the problem again

    i discovered the problem.
    the problem is FLSTudio.

    after i resotred i uninstaleld guitar pro and deleted it. then i rebooted, i did not get the error message.
    then, i tried uninstallign FLStudio. i rebooted, not i get the error. im goign to try installing it again.

    system resotre did work, its just that i can't uninstall Fruity Loops without it causing the DLL problem again.

    start by deleting the uninstall entry for it and then do a manual uninstall. delete the folder for fruity loops, then run a reg cleaner (try one that has a filter list so you dont end up with the slow computer problem again) and let it remove all references to fruity loop files. i suggest the reg cleaner in ace utilities, but thats just what i use and its just my opinion. anything other than regseeker would be good.....its way too thorough .

    that wont cause the same DLL problem?
    and can you lik the ace utilities reg cleaner?
    and what uninstall entry do i delete?
