ur an idiot. those ppl who do it are professionals. ur a 15yr old noob who's asking how to do it. besides, most screenings have security with uv thingies scanning the room looking for anyone with a camcorder. ur such a noob. even if u go to a regular theater, ur prob gonna get caught, then sent to jail. i'd laugh.
and yea, start ripping some movies or something
sent 2 jail???? aint u overreactin??? sure its illegal 2 tape em, but the copywrite owner will still have 2 pres charges.......... and even then it usually is only punishable by a fine (depends on the country, but i cant think of ne coutry that has jail centenses on small-scale copying) [/b][/quote]
Although the new California charge is a misdemeanor, it still carries serious consequences — up to one year in jail and a $2,500 fine.
Under Ohio law, by contrast, a first offense would be punishable by six months in jail and up to a $1,000 fine. Michigan’s bill would set penalties of up to five years in prison and a $250,000 fine.

since when do you have to be a bloody professional to use a friggin camcorder? is there a school with a bunch of people dressed as pirates, and then go through a 6 months course on angle, position and where to sit in the cinema so people don't friggin walk infront of the cam, cuzz the school isn't doing a very good job! *LOL* let alone lighting , sound and sometimes keeping the friggin camcorder steady! trust me these guys aren't professionals or else we would have some ALMOST dvd quality cam shots here, so abu I suggest you get your story right all you need is a good digital camcorder thats small and easy to conceal and for gods sake sit at the bloody back and go on a day when it's not busy like during the day when people are at work, some cinema's have matinee shows and its cheaper too!
