how can i reset or do anything if it wont boot-up post dynastics or ne thing?
to reset the cmos there is a jumper on the board which you will have 3 pins and the jumper covers two of them, lets say 1 and 2 are covered, to reset the cmos cover pins 2 and 3 instead.

you will find how to reset cmos in the motherboard manual.

Doesn't anyone read the users manuals anymore?

    http://www.tcommate.com.tw/en/support_en/e-manual.htm

Download the manual for your board and look at:

2.1.2 Clearing the CMOS (Yellow Jumper Caps)

    JRTC : CMOS Function Selection

    1-2 : Clear data

2-3 : Normal Operation (Default Setting)

How to Clear the CMOS Setting:

    Turn off the power.

Remove ATX power cable from power connector.

Remove Yellow Jumper Cap from JRTC (2-3) and put on JRTC (1-2)to remove the CMOS setting.

Remove Yellow Jumper Cap from JRTC (1-2) and put on JRTC (2-3).

Connect ATX power cable back to power connector.

    Turn on the power.

While the system reboots, press <DEL> key to set the BIOS setup.

Does anything happen when you try it? Any lights, fans, sounds?
Is this a new board or one that has already been working?

Is the power supply plugged in? What power supply is it?
Is the power supply connected to the motherboard?
Are the front panel swiches connected properly?
Do you have a CPU installed? Which one?
Do you have RAM installed? What type?
Is the graphics card inserted correctly and compatible? Which card is it?
Is the monitor connected properly to the card and to the wall plug and turned on?
Do you have anything else added to the system?

    etc etc...

As you can see, you need to provide us a lot more information before we can know what the situation is.

try unplugging all of the drives from the computer and see if it then posts. if you have onboard video try using that.

    Does the speaker beep?

    Does it have onboard video?

So the only things you have connected now are Power supply, Motherboard, CPU, RAM and Graphics card with nothing else?

Is the graphics card AGP or PCI and is it compatible?

I was talking about the very small PC speaker inside the case.

Unplug everything except Power supply, Motherboard, CPU, RAM and Graphics card and try again.
