    need 1 on every phone socket that has a phone goin to it.
    its still doing it

    you also need one where the modem plugs in, and you shouldnt get a "dial tone" with pc modem, if thats what you mean

    if you still have problems, ring BT or your ISP - thats what you pay em for

    called up BT and they said make sure its plugged in right and if u have sky make sure its plugged in to the adsl filter i had all rdy set it all up and its still been a bitch
