    The MS-6593 mobo doesn't have connectors for the 5-pin and 4-pin power leads - just leave them loose.

    Try clearing cmos - that is often the problem. Make sure you remove the power cord before trying this - it often fails to clear if you leave it connected.

    If that doesn't work, remove almost everything you can from the motherboard. You should be left with keyboard, graphics card, cpu (and HSF), memory, 20 pin power and the power button connector.

    If it still doesn't work you've probably got a faulty component (probably cpu or mobo), but next try reseating all the components.
