Have you ordered any thermal paste yet?
You should get some themral paste, clean off your heatsink, apply a thin layer of paste to the heatsink and reattach the heatsink to the board. Then monitor temps for a few days. If the temps are still high, then you should think about getting another heatsink and/or cpu fan...

im not goin to cos ill end up messing up and braking the cpu or some thing.

but it will cost loads unless i can get my sisters m8 2 do it, ill ask her to ask him l8r when i get out of bed

Stop your moaning. People here have tried to help you but you just complain. Get a little backbone and fix it yourself or get someone to do it for you. Simple.
