What is the difference between downloading mp3's or a movie, and making a copy and listening to it later, then downloading a movie from you cable tv company and making a copy and watching it later.
They cable company tell you never miss watching a movie again, copy and watch later. They never say anything about erasing movie once you have watched it, plus even if you have watched it you could also say have not watched it yet. So i guess there is one rule for us and one for the cable tv companies.

They don't care, just as long you don't *share* it. That's why people get caught, sharing mp3s or movies.

well what do you call what cable tv is doing, they are sharing anyone can download movie through there cable

They use this excuse "We are not responsible for anything that is trade and or downloaded on our servers, because we have no control over that" or some bullshit like that, so mpaa and riaa can't touch em.
