Harrington's is virtually next door to the tube station AFAIK. Eating is good round Gloucester Road too, you will probably find it VERY expensive eating in any of those hotels.

Kensington & Chelsea are is very plush, a very rich area

Personally I'd go for the Hilton for the views

Do have reasoning behind this judgement.
My beloved girlfriend is coming home soon, and we will negotiate the options.

is center too cheesy
yes metro is close everywhere

Personally I wouldn't gof for a hotel near a tube station cos tuvbe stations always attract dubious characters.

The one in Kensington & Chelsea would be fucking expensive to eat anywhere round there
