Nowadays 20-30 megs of ram does not seem to be alot, but I don`t seem to be using that much.
same process names as GIANT!
them unimaginative bastards
even counterspy had em changed

and when i noticed the 58MB my pc had only been on about 3 hrs or so
hmmmm........
now its been running all night and only using 20 MB.....
guess its just goofy like that
Trivia: the technology behind the Giant brand has been proprietary of SunbeltSoftware all along. All three products (MS, Giant, Counterspy) share the same engine and .dll resources.Originally Posted by Money Fist
That is about where I normally would see it myself. Sometimes not quite so high. Did you have it set at a specific time to gather updates or scan your system? Heck... you may even see a jump in useage when new/foreign processes are introduced into your system from the looks of things. Just guessing really though.Originally Posted by FKDUP74
