Maybe not as bad as Formula1. He just asked for help with his cellphone but didn't think it was important to tell us the model.

Yes that board supports that burner.

A nice thing is that newegg now has the ASPIRE X-Dreamer II Case with a 420 watt PSU By rights that should be able to power everything.

    Case:http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811144026
    Mobo: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813127196
    Ram: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820145450
    Harddrive: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16822148069
    Processor: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819103514
    Vid card: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814102496
    DVD drive:http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16827152035

As far as the processor goes, I think im gonna stick this the clawhammer, I dont plan on overclocking. Just to confirm.. Do you guys think 420 will power all this stuff?

You need to be very careful which case you get.

The new standard has a 24pin motherboard power connector, and that's for most (all?) pci-express motherboards, including the one you've picked.

Many cases still have a 20pin + 4pin power connector for the mobo, and as far as I can tell that includes the case you picked.

Look at the price of the case. You probably need to be spending at least that amount on a PSU alone, you can't expect the case to be thrown in for free. It might be better to find a similar case without a PSU (or a cheap one and throw it away) and choose your PSU separately.

420-450w would be around the right level as long as it is a good model.

You will NOT get burning software.
    Or even player software.

Get the retail box version unless you already have both.
