Or you can use WinISO. That'll let you convert BINs into ISOs and vica versa. ISOs don't need a CUE unlike BINs

Create a *.cue by your self in notepad and use whatever program to change the extentsion from *.txt to *.cue. And here is all you have to type in:
FILE "THE PROGRAM NAME.BIN" BINARY
TRACK 01 MODE1/2352
INDEX 01 00:00:00
~THAT'S THE FIRST THREE LINES YOU HAVE TO TYPE~
THE PROGRAM NAME is the *bin file that you have.
Hope can help you

CD Mage can make .cue files and scan the image for corruption. leolaw, I don't recommend you put your real e-mail address here. People can PM you in this forum, so it's really not needed at all.

In Nero:
File > Burn Image
Select the .bin file
Data mode 1
Block Size: 2352
Click on ok and burn.
That's all.

Is there a program that converts .txt to .cue? If so, please display a link. And does that actually work? I'm trying to download Need For Speed Hot Pursuit 2 and I have followed your instructions up to this point; writing your own .cue:
FILE "dev-hp2.bin" BINARY
TRACK 01 MODE1/2352
INDEX 01 00:00:00
Will this actually work if I point Nero to this .cue that I made?
