Does deleting files help increase/restore some of your computer's memory, Is there another way to do this???(without buying something)???thanx

No, deleting files will save storage space on your hard drive, but not memory.
You can stop some programs from starting at boot up to save some memory. I use StartUp Control Panel for that.
Some services can be disabled to save memory. Blackviper has windows services configuration guides for this.
