right-click the taskbar, select properties, start menu tab, customize
scroll towards the bottom and there's an entry for showing newly installed apps
uncheck it
as to why NOD32 is doing that, well, wait for a NOD user to reply

although....if you used a cracked NOD32, where you have to fuck with the BIOS date,
it may have picked up on your trick, or you forgot to do something, or...

The date is obviously set wrong. Double click the time in systray to fix it.
NOD32 isn't showing that message, windows is.

windows must report the incorrect date when it's wayyy off. hmm.
