The one think you shouldn't do at -all-, is asking in the forums :p If you do that, you'll get a warning, cause requesting invites openly is not allowed.
The only way, is by contacting staff by trackerurl/contactsupport.php?tostaff=1
Just be polite, don't be too beggy like "plz!!" etc, and I think you'll do just fine

You have to be PU. You have to explain for whom you are requesting the invite including links to bt tracker profiles. The person you want to invite should undestand Norwegian and you should explain this well.
There are some other rules, which I dont remember, but these are the most important.
When you are ready, contact staff. No pms! You can make your request in English.
I hope this helps, though I dont beleive you should receive any invites if you arent from Nordic country. At least you can try
