That's a hell of a jump in size for what's supposedly minor revisions. Wow.

but they mentioned on the official site that it was a pretty major overhaul...so that might justify the huge leap in size..
anyway...downloaded it sometime ago..but havent installed n played it yet...so i cant comment on the game as yet...
btw...i dun think itz worth the money to pay to dl a free game...jus go look for an alternate source...
try nvdia's download page for a start...

Indeed the jump WAS impressive and that's the reason they omitted v. 1.8 !

They fixed sound, a lot of glitches (not being able to pick up friendly weapons in 1.7) & much much more.. oh, the enemy isn't the spitting image of the taliban anymore.. I wonder.. nah..

Been playing the game for months now and although this is a cunning strategy of the americans to bring their army in good perspective it is ONE HELL OF A GAME.
U think standing behind a door is safe ?
Think again when an opponent unleashes his SAW (M-249) upon your ass THROUGH the door
Grenades bouncing back in your face is yet another treat..

Graphics: 9/10

& would you believe it.. the special forces are coming up in v.2 to be released very soon
