I'm trying to find this episode on usenet (I subscribe to newsgroupdirect and use newsrover as my reader).

I'm trying to find one that's under 300Mb, but every one I've started to download winds up telling me "message is no longer available on server."

I've even used the nzb directory on this board. I was able to download the .mkv, but that's way to large a file for my needs (not to mention my computer has trouble with fast forwarding the file and things like that).

Am I not looking in the right places, or is it possible this episode is simply not available in standard definition?

If you have the MKV file you can just download mkv2vob and convert the file to mpeg... it's really easy and fast.

If you have deleted the MKV, is the one here too old for you?

Thank you. I can see that this will be useful in the future.

Although, what prompted me to post was just simple curiousity. I usually never have a problem locating a file, especially one as simple and popular as a Curb episode and was wondering why this particular episode was so elusive in a standard format.

haha, no. i assume you tried the one on .teevee? sounds like you should try another provider tbh.

eta. there's a file on newzbin that doesn't show on the free searches for some reason, if the copy on teevee doesn't work, try this.

Downloaded fine with Astraweb and it's only 220mb give or take.

Also, those messages you are getting from you client means your provider removed the article...eg..you can't download it.
