Why a tracker should be down because of lottery?
Their Lottery system have nothing to do with their server ( tracker ).
They have problems with their servers. wait till they fix it and bring TL back online
I just saw the login page with "we're having issues with our servers" something something "it'll be back up in an hour".
So an hour it is.
