I have found an interesting app called Switch Me. Your phone needs to be rooted to take advantage of it, but what the app does is create a profile for your google accounts, you can then have additional profiles loaded so in effect this gives the phone multiple user profiles. Media is still shared of course but this is still an interesting app if you are going to share the phone for any reason.
