Maze Runner (Native Americans call it "Corn") is fine until you think about how many resources the dying population would have had to consume to build such an arena. And for what? To drug, disorient, frighten, and kill a bunch of teenagers. Not that I'm opposed to such efforts, but I can accomplish it without building something the size of 50 Hoover Dams.

Imitation Game is quite worth the viewing. I held off for a long time expecting it to be too boring. Really wasn't, IMO. Strong drama keeps the story moving along.

One of this year's worthy award winners.

    That ending though ...

Also same for Whiplash, honestly expected it to be some mediocre movie about a band. So wrong. Miles Teller is gorwing up, or at least taking more serious roles. Still a college movie role but he had a surprisingly good performance in this.

It's a 2+ hour long drama about math. The main character is a grouchy autistic, or something, and no one (even during wartime) tries to stick their peen in/on Keira Knightly...

Does that sound boring to you, Mr. Eggbert?

    Grab the popcorn!!!!

And bring the bottle of single malt scotch, so when you fall asleep half way through the movie you have a good excuse.
