Yes, but those 3rd parties... Makes me a bit cunfused. eMule doesn't. And I like GUI of eMule more than Overnet's GUI.
good for you enjoy your slow speed because you can't take 2 seconds to uncheck 3 simple boxes, i have a pick of my avarage speed with overnet on this thread
