If I took a shower with the window open, being sued would be the least of my problems. Freezing to death would likely be the first.
I watch the Daily Show often, so I did see the segment.
I don't know what the standards of broadcasting are in the States, but they do seem to be pretty restrictive when it comes to language and sexuality. At least on the non-premium channels.
