I have no idea what they preformat the drive to. It really does not matter because when you install XP you have the option THEN to choose what format you like.

What file system do they format the HD to? FAT32 or NTFS? And... do they send CD's/floppies with drivers? It would suck to get a formatted HD, install Windows, then figure out you don't have drivers for your hardware.

erm, nah lol. it wil be ok for a couple of months, but its really going to struggle in the future....I'd pay the extra money and future proof myself a bit more
