Check if there is a file called "autorun.inf" in your "c:\"
If there is delete it log off/on and see if it is still there.

and further more, share, why was there an autorun file on your C drive?That where I got it. Also drive "c:\" has that "unknown" icon but drive "d:\" does not.oh yeah, i forgot to tell you guys, it works if i right click, but when i double click it just shows the error

I have the exact same thing on my Office XP SP 3 (Slipstream myself).
Why would you have it there is beyond me.
