Take a deep breah and calm down.
Repeat to yourself, "I will NOT go to CompUSA" over and over till the urge passes.
    There.
Now that you have regained a semblance of sanity, we can continue.

    This ain't so hard.
Lynx's list of options ( which, stripped to the core, are basically "I will toss out any PSU that comes with my case and install a real unit") has been valid for quite a while, but even more so now with the need for a 24-pin PSU.

Newegg has what you need (not sure about the blue illumination), but I'm afraid that your budget might need to become a wee bit more ah, flexible.
Moving to the new platforms is way more expensive than in the past as almost everything needs to be upgraded at once.

Your only real opportunity to save cash is on the vid card.
Look into the 6200 series of nVidia.
This could save you quite a bit till you can afford to replace it with a better card.

Nope, you're on your own. What do you think this is, an advice column?

Remembering past "Help! My new PC doesn't work!" threads brings a tear of joy to my eye...ah, the good times.
    Naturally we will help you.

In return, we get to make snide comments and generally feel superior.
That's just the price you pay.

Along the way, someone may actually learn something.
    Not likely, but possible.
