hello im trying to shrink a dvd movie downloaded its labeled 23109 Exhibition of Speed.ISO and its around 3 gigs and i want it to be around 1 gig with little lost of quality, Then i want to change the file type to avi format how would i do that???

ok thanks i got a question do that program accepts iso(images) files and avi files?
